This Is Not For You If:

• You're looking for a quick fix. This is six weeks of honest practice — not a weekend workshop that fades by Tuesday.

• You want someone to do the work for you. I'll guide you. I'll be in the room with you. But the practice is yours.

• You're not ready to look at what's actually running the show. The mirror is part of the work. If you're not ready for it, that's okay — but this isn't the room for right now.

WHAT THIS IS

The Inward-Driven Cohort is a six-session, 90-minute live experience for Fighters, Achievers, and Perfectionists.

Each session combines teaching, experiential nervous system work using the Be Activated methodology, and a practice called the point of focus — an internal tool you’ll learn on day one and carry with you long after the cohort ends.

You’ll leave the first session with something you can use that night. By the final session, you’ll have language for the pattern that’s been running your life, tools to interrupt it, and a room full of people who saw the same thing in themselves.

This is not therapy. This is not a lecture series. This is hands-on, body-based work that meets you where you are.

What happens between sessions

Daily field research — not homework. You practice the tools, observe your patterns, and gather honest data about what’s actually happening in your nervous system. The contrast between the days you practice and the days you don’t is the teacher.

ABOUT ALEX

I spent most of my life as a Fighter and a Perfectionist. The Fighter got back up every time — pushed through depression, physical breakdown, patterns I inherited from my father that I didn't even know were running. On the outside it looked like resilience. On the inside the body was keeping score.

The Perfectionist kept me hidden. I felt the urge to sing, to dance — and maybe I could have been good, maybe not. But the Perfectionist shut it down before anything could be known. And what's more, singing, dancing, anything is meant to be enjoyed, not to be critiqued. The program stole the joy before I ever got to feel it.

Nearly a decade of practice since learning the Be Activated methodology from Douglas Heel. Eight clinics. Thousands of hours of one-on-one bodywork. Every tool I offer in this cohort, I've gone through myself — that is a non-negotiable.

I don't teach from theory. I teach from the table, the mat, and my own nervous system.

The combination of the nervous system work, developing emotional competence, and an honest conversation with God changed everything. The patterns started moving. The talents I'd been burying started coming out.
